Emotional rollercoaster

Woke up this morning and decided to call my cuz Marilyn with the purpose of convincing her to come with me to look for material for my lace maids...but then we ended up talking about lots of other random things including how married life was going to change me and the new apartment we put a deposit on!!! Yup, thats right, I'm no longer homeless...even tho...

So anyway, somewhere down the line I forgot my intention to go material shopping and I received a call from Priya my first eva best friend and decided to go with her to get my eyebrows and other random things done to my face. It was the worst experience eva and it made me question whether my pain tolerance is high enough for child birth... I mean why would anyone put themselves through that much pain, just to have perfectly shaped eyebrows??? So yeah they look choong but it hurt like crazy and to cut a long story short..I started crying like a little baby in the shop...like proper bawling!!! The lady probably thought I was crying coz she had done my eyebrows wrong and in hindsight I should probably have milked that and walked out without paying... Priya felt really awkward coz it was probs the most embarassing thing she had ever witnessed, she obviously doesn't hang around with me enough...It was more awkward than the pic below...

I decided to walk home from the town centre, which amazingly only took 30 minutes as I was walking at a militant pace. Needed to burn off calories before my weigh in..Last week I lost 4lbs so I was expecting great things but this week I only lost 1lb...kmt! Why can't I ever be dedicated to a diet/ work out programme...serious commitment issues! (Except for when it comes to Prince #lol)

Bridal shower is exactly a week from today. I am expecting great things. Makda is running the show and after living with her for 3 years, I know she's gonna make sure everything goes according to plan. She is literally like a robot, there is no space for error...it's gonna be interesting. I hope she does an ethiopian dance for me, that will make the day unbeatable. I remember the first time I learnt how to do an ethiopian move, I was so excited, I practically did it at every party.

Speaking of parties, haven't been to one in ages, nobody invites me anywhere...But thats ok coz Prince and I have more fun in one weekend than most kids have during their whole summer holiday coz thats how we roll. We went to Harvesters today to celebrate not being homeless and one of our anniversaries..not gonna tell you how long we been together coz ppl who have too nuch time on their hands will try and do some random calculations...allow it blud! Anyway we had an amazing time and I laughed so much coz he's actually so random and it's perfect coz I am too...
