The way to a mans heart...

Since I got engaged my mother has been urging me to cook more often so I can be as confident as possible when I go to my own home. I thought this was lovely advice and I can honestly say that I've been making an effort...especially as Prince is always hungry and is in a much better mood when he's well fed.

Prince and I were in the car on our way to our Maths Tuition Class and me being the loving fiance that I am...I decided not only to prepare him a wonderful breakfast consisting of bread and butter accompanied with a blackcurrant drink but I also decided to feed it to him whilst he drove!

Most guys would appreciate this gesture, I could even go as far as to say they would fall in love with me all over again. I've heard the way to a mans heart is through his stomach...but I was in for a shock!!! I put the 4th piece of the bread in his mouth and he
BIT MY FINGER!!!

To be honest his insubordinate behaviour is unacceptable and very UN-PRINCE like. His defense was that he thought my finger was a piece of chicken...REALLY???!!!

However, our marriage will not last if I don't forgive him for his indiscretion, so I have chosen to put the incident behind me and focus on his strengths. A great relationship isn't one where you never get angry, upset or irritated by each other but  its one where you rapidly resolve issues and bounce back to normal. Having said that, when we got home, he was back to his old tricks again!!! Anyone who knows me will know that I'm too sweet and innocent to deserve this kind of treatment...If you see me with a black eye...I did not walk into a door and I am not clumsy!

Even after the distress of having my finger mauled, I still can't wait to marry this guy and I'm genuinely happy that no day is ever the same when he's around!

On a completely random note: My friend, mentor and personal comedian Vivek Sharma (Future president of India) came to visit me in the afternoon. After conversations concerning the Ghana engagement and the dangers of a microwave, we started speaking about future business opportunities and I have made an executive decision to replace the Zumba craze with African Aerobics! I will release a video soon...so you can try it out and let me know what you think...
